Although most executives are aware of the integral role that demeanor plays in the overall effectiveness of their managerial skills, many who come to us for leadership development are unsure of how they actually come across on a day-to-day basis. When you hold a high position in any organization, it may be difficult to get an accurate and honest read on how you are viewed by co-workers.

Because our Executive Presence course is the most advanced of our three presentation skills workshops, we largely focus on issues of direct relevance to executives who are likely to have already mastered Presentation Skills.  Instead of concentrating on PowerPoint presentations, we focus on identifying and developing an appropriate strategy for use in day-to-day executive communication.  Our goal is to establish and solidify “Executive Presence."
